Fallout 3 wir dieses mal bei der E3 nicht vertreten sein. Dies hat ein Interview von Stephen Glicker ergeben. Pete Hines wurde von Stephen Glicker in einem Interview auf Fallout 3 und die E3 angesprochen und heraus kam das (in Kurzform):

Mum's the word for a while. We don't believe in...y'know, if we had our choice we probably wouldn't have said anything about it yet. You know, much like Oblivion were we didn't...y'know, we had been working on it for quite a while before we ever said "hey, here's what we're doing and here's some screenshots." like this with a game of psych, y'know, here's...So, y'know, we're treating Fallout with the same sort of...with the same sort of approach that, y'know, this is our franchise and we're acting as if, y'know, we made the first two games, like this is, y'know, we spend a certain amount of time, we spent a lot of effort in pre-production and in making sure we know how systems work and we're not in a hurry to just quick get this game out the door, like, it needs the appropriate amount of time and attention and once we get it to a point where we have some things we could show and show folks what we're up to, we'll certainly let everybody know, but that time is not now.

Y`know .... man versteht nicht wirklich was Pete Hines damit sagen will. Es lässt jedoch vermuten das Fallout 3 noch nicht in dem Stadium sich befindet in dem wir ALLE es gerne sehen würden ...
